1. Zero-Leakage Sealing Performance with Dual Protection
Adopting a packless design combined with welded sealing technology, the bellows forms a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, achieving absolute zero leakage at the valve stem. It is equipped with a dual sealing structure (bellows + backup packing), which can effectively prevent medium leakage even if the bellows is accidentally damaged, fully complying with international sealing standards and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. The leak rate is controlled within ≤1×10⁻¹⁰ Pa·m³/s, which is particularly suitable for scenarios with strict sealing requirements for toxic, flammable and explosive media.
2. Structural Flexibility Matching Valve Stem Motion
The corrugated structure is optimized for the reciprocating or rotating motion of valve stems, with excellent axial flexibility and small motion resistance. It can accurately adapt to the stroke of the valve stem (usually 0-100mm) without affecting the opening and closing precision of the valve. The bellows is welded to the valve stem and valve cover, which can effectively absorb the slight eccentricity and vibration of the valve stem during operation, avoiding stress concentration and protecting the valve stem from damage.
3. Excellent Resistance to Harsh Working Conditions
The main body is made of high-performance materials such as 304/316L stainless steel, 321 stainless steel, Inconel 718, etc., which have strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure resistance. The operating temperature range can cover -60℃ to 482℃, and the pressure rating can reach PN16-PN40 (or 100-700 psig), which can adapt to harsh working conditions such as high-temperature steam, corrosive chemicals (acid, alkali, ammonia, etc.), cryogenic media and high-pressure gas. The surface of the bellows is treated by stress relief annealing, which improves fatigue resistance and avoids damage caused by thermal cycling.

The integrated welded structure avoids the wear and aging problems of traditional packing seals, and the fatigue life can reach more than 1 million cycles under the designed stroke and working conditions. It has good structural stability, does not require frequent replacement of packing and maintenance, which greatly reduces the downtime of equipment and the operating cost of the factory. Even in continuous operation scenarios, it can maintain stable performance, ensuring the continuity of the production process.
5. Wide Compatibility and Standardized Design
It is compatible with various types of valves, including globe valves, gate valves, metering valves, control valves, etc., and can be matched with different valve stem diameters (such as 1/4 inch to several inches). The connection methods include flange connection, welded connection and thread connection, which are in line with international standards such as GB, EN and ASTM.
