The DN24.5 metal bellows adopts a “metal bellows + packing” double-sealing structure, which fundamentally solves the leakage problem of traditional valve stem dynamic seals. The bellows is welded to the valve stem and valve cover respectively, forming a closed metal barrier that completely isolates the process medium from the external environment, converting the dynamic seal of the valve stem into a more reliable static seal. It meets the strict leakage rate requirements of international standards such as DIN EN ISO 15848 and TA Luft, with a leakage rate reaching tightness class AH (verified by helium leak test), and can effectively prevent the leakage of toxic, flammable, explosive and precious media. Even in the rare case of bellows failure, the backup packing seal can temporarily block medium leakage, providing double safety guarantee for the system operation.

2. Excellent Structural Flexibility and Compensation Capacity
With a sophisticated corrugated structure design, the product has excellent axial flexibility and can generate corresponding telescopic displacement with the lifting or rotation of the valve stem, which effectively absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction of the valve and pipeline system caused by temperature changes, as well as the mechanical vibration and installation deviation during equipment operation. The reasonable corrugation number and wall thickness design ensure that the bellows can maintain stable performance under repeated telescopic cycles, with a fatigue life of up to 5,000,000 cycles, which is far higher than the service life of traditional packing seals, and greatly reduces the wear of the valve stem and extends the overall service life of the valve.

The DN24.5 metal bellows is mainly made of high-quality stainless steel (such as 304, 316/316L) or special corrosion-resistant alloys, which have excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media (the chloride ion resistance can reach ≤25mg/L). It can work stably in a wide temperature range of -50℃ to 400℃ and can withstand high pressure up to PN 400/Class 2500, which is suitable for extreme working conditions such as high-temperature heat transfer oil, low-temperature liquid ammonia, high vacuum and high-purity gas systems. The surface of the product is treated with precision processing, and the welds are smooth and dense (tested by helium mass spectrometry leak detector) to avoid micro-leakage caused by welding defects.
