High Performance Computing HPC Corrugated Metal Cooling Hose

This 316L flexible corrugated metal hose is specially engineered for HPC, AI server and data center liquid cooling systems. Manufactured from molybdenum-bearing 316L stainless steel, it delivers far better pitting & crevice corrosion resistance than regular 304 stainless steel, fully compatible with deionized water, ethylene glycol mixtures and fluorinated immersion coolants without swelling or impurity precipitation.

The precision corrugated bellows structure provides outstanding flexibility to compensate axial displacement, angular misalignment and thermal expansion during rack operation, while isolating high-frequency vibration from cooling pumps and GPU hardware. It eliminates fatigue cracking risks of rigid metal pipes and avoids frequent replacement of short-life rubber hoses, cutting long-term maintenance cost for hyperscale data centers.

Every hose undergoes strict helium leak inspection to meet semiconductor fluid transport standards, ensuring stable zero-leak performance under continuous high-pressure pulses. Available with stainless steel braided reinforcement for high-density high-power computing racks up to 20MPa working pressure. Custom lengths, tube diameters and ANSI standard end connections are supported for seamless integration with cold plates, rack manifolds and immersion cooling cabinets.
