1. Zero Backlash & High Torsional Stiffness: The integrally formed metal bellows has no gaps, enabling lag-free torque transmission and high positioning accuracy, which is suitable for precise transmission of servo/stepper systems.
2. Multi-directional Misalignment Compensation: It can absorb axial, radial and angular misalignment, reduce bearing load and extend equipment service life. The compensation capacity varies by structure: single bellows has limited compensation capacity, while double bellows or multi-beam type has a larger compensation range.
3. High Rotational Speed Adaptability: Lightweight, symmetrical structure and uniform stress make standard products run stably up to 10,000 rpm, up to more than 25,000 rpm after balancing, and some custom models exceed 100,000 rpm.
4. Wide Temperature & Environmental Tolerance: Made of stainless steel/nickel-based alloy, it can withstand -200℃ to +300℃, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, no lubrication required, maintenance-free and long service life.
5. Low Moment of Inertia & Compact Design: Small inertia and fast response are conducive to dynamic start-stop and reverse; compact structure is suitable for precision equipment with limited space.
