  • Superior Sealing Performance & Leakage Reduction

It integrates the functions of elastic element and dynamic seal, eliminating the need for a secondary dynamic sealing ring. This design reduces one key leakage point and avoids fine particle blockage caused by traditional auxiliary sealing components, achieving more reliable zero-leakage sealing effect.

  • Excellent Adaptability to Extreme Working Conditions

Made of precipitation hardening stainless steel, nickel-based high-temperature alloys, Hastelloy C-276 and other corrosion-resistant materials, it can withstand a wide temperature range of -212℃ to 426℃ and resist erosion of various acids, alkalis, salts and corrosive media. It also bears pressure up to 7MPa and is suitable for high-pressure working conditions such as petrochemical flash hydrocarbon media.

  • Strong Vibration Resistance & Followability

It has good floatability and random compensation performance, which can effectively compensate for seal ring leakage caused by wear, axial movement and shaft vibration. It is insensitive to radial runout, shaft deflection and installation deviation, and can maintain stable sealing effect in severe vibration working conditions.

  • High Precision & Stable Operation at High Speed

As a combined elastic structure of multiple “micro springs”, it solves the deformation problem of traditional single spring due to centrifugal force at high speed. It makes the specific pressure of the seal end face uniform, avoids uneven wear caused by unbalanced stress, and is suitable for high-speed rotating working conditions.

  • Balanced Design & Reduced Wear

Adopting inherent hydraulic balanced structure, the balance line effectively offsets the fluid pressure on the seal face, reduces the friction force between the mating faces, decreases heat generation and wear of the seal end face, and greatly prolongs the service life of the mechanical seal.

  • Simple Structure & Easy Assembly

It integrates elastic element, auxiliary seal and torque transmission mechanism into one, with fewer components than traditional push-ring spring mechanical seals. It has compact size, no need to consider the rotation direction when used as static or rotating type, and is easy to assemble and maintain.

  • Protection of Shaft & No Shaft Sleeve Required

Without O-ring, it avoids shaft or shaft sleeve wear caused by O-ring abrasion, effectively protects the pump shaft and eliminates the need for additional shaft sleeve installation, reducing the overall equipment cost and assembly complexity.

  • Long Service Life & High Cost Performance

The precision welded structure has a long fatigue limit, with dynamic cycle life exceeding 10 million times. It avoids the problem of “hanging leakage” caused by solidification and deposition of medium on the O-ring of traditional seals, and its service life is significantly longer than that of ordinary mechanical seals, bringing higher performance-cost ratio for industrial applications.

  • Thread Pumping Effect & Adaptability to Solid Particle Media

The structural design has a built-in thread pumping function, which can effectively handle fluid containing solid particles, promote medium flushing of the seal face, prevent particle accumulation and wear, and expand the application scope in complex media working conditions.
