2. Optimized 38mm Length, Balancing Space and Compensation Capacity

The fixed length of 38mm is designed for medium-compact installation scenarios, balancing the requirements of installation space and displacement compensation. It is longer than miniature 28mm bellows, providing larger axial telescopic stroke (up to ±8mm) and angular displacement (±5°), which can better absorb thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, mechanical vibration and installation deviation; at the same time, it is more compact than long-length bellows, suitable for equipment and pipeline systems with limited but not extremely narrow axial space. The length tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.3mm, ensuring high consistency in batch installation and avoiding matching problems caused by size deviation.
